Reported by Police Force with CRASH
From Wiki
Reported by Police Force with CRASH is a dimension in MAST which allows users to differentiate between information collected by police forces using the Collision Recording And Sharing (CRASH) system and those who use other systems.
The dimension is based on information published by the Department for Transport in Table 3 of the the 2016 edition of Reported Road Casualties Great Britain. This table listed the months in which various police forces in England and Wales adopted the system. MAST assumes that use of the system commenced on the first day of the month listed.
MAST does not include the short period in early 2013 when CRASH was used by South Yorkshire Police, although it does include that force's use of CRASH from January 2016 onward.
MAST also excludes crashes reported in CRASH by the City of London Police, as this force is not represented separately from the Metropolitan Police in the MAST Geography hierarchy.
MAST does include all other cases where other forces were reported by DfT as using CRASH. This includes the long term use by Surrey Police dating back to 2012.
