The Vehicle Related Pedestrian Casualties dimension records whether the drivers filtered upon hit a pedestrian. It is determined by the Casualty Class and vehicle reference fields. It is a boolean value which reflects whether or not there was a pedestrian casualty and which vehicle it was related to.
